This is my preferred area of practice, because of my years in the insurance industry, and my extensive experience in this type of litigation. On the general side, I have litigated and advised on insurance claims for both individuals and insurance companies in matters such as homeowners’ insurance claims, commercial insurance claims, comprehensive general liability claims, and errors and omissions insurance. On the health side, I have litigated and advised on hundreds of cases involving life insurance, disability insurance, travel medical insurance, accident and sickness insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and loss of time policies. I have had a concentration in disability insurance claims for 28 years.
